We recently became one of the first Greek farms to join the Slow Food Farms network of the Slow Food movement—a global community of people committed to biodiversity, agroecology, and food that is good, clean and fair for everyone. For us at Aetheleon, a small herb farm in northern Greece, this is one of the most meaningful steps in our journey so far.
